Women’s Self Defense Course


This popular six-session course will introduce students to jiu jitsu for self defense, with a specific emphasis on the needs of women. Students will learn the fundamental principals of grappling: distance management, takedowns, control positions, submissions, and escapes. Classes run from 7:30-830pm on May 27th, 29th, and June 3rd, 5th, 10th, 12th. Click here to register
